New stainless top fan motors, new drive motor and gear box, new wear strips. New door seals stainless steel. Door latches are all in good condition. Brand new cryogen control system with new valves thermocouples and electronics. All panels and doors are free of any water and foam is in great condition. Freezer has a high polish #4 finish.

Spiral freezer overall in good condition needs to be rebuilt. Stainless frame rebuild will be very through for a 6 month warranty on all parts and labor completed in rebuild. All new controls and wiring conduit etc. 16 new stainless steel motors and fan blades. New cryogen control system. LN2 or CO2 customer choice. Panels and doors in good shape overall appearance in good condition.

This is a new freezer with a new freezer warranty however has used top and bottom panels that came from a fairly new freezer only a couple years old. New side locker style opening doors for easy cleanout. Each flight has independent speed control VIA variable speed drives and gearboxes all brand new. Freezer has new rails, shafts, bearings, sprockets, belting, electrical, cryogen controls, product guide shields and wear strips, headers nozzles everything is new. Nothing recycled here new piping nipples valves gauges. Pictures explain the detail and design that was put into this custom IQF freezing machine. This unit will freeze fine IQF products with ease and great control along with efficiency.

Freezer is at 70% completion and close to being ready for production without a long lead time. This won’t last long due to high demand.
